Method for preparing a cup of tea
- Take 100ml of water in a pan, boil it at 100 C
- Add 2gms (approx. or according to your own taste) of our butterfly tea to the boiling water
- Turn off the flame and cover the pan with a lid for a minute or two
- Filter the tea through a sieve into a cup
- Enjoy the taste of Butterfly Ayurveda Tea
- You can add lemon and sugar to taste.
